The Right Real Estate Agent...

is Michelle Grimm, Realtor®, ABR!

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. Having lived in the Coulee Region for over twenty years and raising my family here.  I know and understand many of your concerns about relocating.  Please know that I will do my best to make your transition to your new community as smooth as possible, so you too feel at home here!

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

I could fill this entire site with pages and pages of information in regards to the community, local events, school districts, shopping, universities, colleges and so much more.  But, instead I would like the opportunity to personalize your information more than what everybody else is doing.

Do you have lots of time to waste?  No!

Why waste your time scanning through pages and pages of content when you are really only interested in a few?  So what I'd like you to do is fill out the contact information and e-mail me specifically what you are interested in.  Sounds pretty simple doesn't?  Saves you a lot of time - right!  Yes, that's the plan.

Why? I ask why not?

Work with a Realtor who is willing to do the research for you instead of one who sends out a standardized relo packet.  I will be happy to send you a personalized relocation packet.  Complete with the information you are interested in.  Why would you want to wade through tons of flyers and information that you are not really interested in?  It wastes your valuable time.  I don't sound like the typical Realtor you've dealt with - well you're right.  Now, let's get going.  I have work to do to make your move as uncomplicated as possible!

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

This revised $8000 tax credit applies to purc...Read More
